1. About this policy

AI Budget Clash Pte. Ltd. ("AI Budget Clash", "we", "us" or "our") is a private company limited by shares, incorporated in Singapore under UEN 202985162H, with its registered training centre at 2 Kallang Avenue, #03-08 CT Hub, Singapore 339407. We provide vocational training in AI-assisted budget and finance management. We are committed to handling your personal data responsibly and in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 and its subsidiary regulations, as amended from time to time.

This policy applies to personal data we collect through this website (aibudgetclash.pro), through enquiries and enrolment, during the delivery of our courses, and through any related correspondence. By using our website or providing us with personal data, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy.

2. What personal data we collect

We collect only the personal data we reasonably need for the purposes described below. Depending on how you interact with us, this may include:

  • Identity and contact data — your name, email address and, if you choose to provide it, your telephone number and organisation.
  • Enquiry and enrolment data — the subject of your enquiry, the message you send us, the programme or format you are interested in, and any information you volunteer about your learning goals.
  • Course participation data — attendance, drill submissions, feedback and certificates of participation, where you enrol in a course.
  • Technical data — where permitted by your cookie choices, limited analytics such as pages visited and general device information. See our cookie policy for detail.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data through this website, and we ask that you do not send us financial account numbers, passwords or confidential company data through the contact form. Please share only what is necessary to answer your enquiry.

3. How we collect personal data

We collect personal data directly from you when you complete our contact form, email or telephone us, register for a course, or attend a session. We may also collect limited technical data automatically through cookies and similar technologies, subject to the consent choices you make in our cookie banner. Where you provide us with personal data about another person (for example, when arranging a corporate workshop for colleagues), you confirm that you are authorised to do so and that they are aware of this policy.

4. Purposes for which we use personal data

We use personal data for purposes that a reasonable person would consider appropriate in the circumstances, including to:

  • respond to your enquiries and provide information you request;
  • process course registrations, administer cohorts and issue certificates of participation;
  • deliver, support and improve our AI-assisted finance management training;
  • communicate important updates about a course you have joined;
  • maintain records for accounting, tax and regulatory compliance;
  • protect the security and integrity of our systems and premises; and
  • with your separate consent, send occasional information about new programmes or clinics.

We rely on your consent, and on the other legal bases permitted under the PDPA (such as legitimate interests and legal obligations), when processing your personal data. You may withdraw consent at any time as described in section 9.

5. Consent

When you submit our contact form, we ask you to tick a consent box confirming that you agree to our storing and using your details to respond to your enquiry. That box is never pre-ticked; the choice is yours. Where the PDPA provides for deemed consent or an applicable exception, we may rely on it, but we will always aim to make our purposes clear at or before the point of collection.

6. Disclosure of personal data

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for third-party marketing. We may disclose personal data only in limited circumstances, including to:

  • Service providers who process data on our behalf under written agreements — for example, our website host, email provider and, where used, analytics provider. These providers act on our instructions and are required to protect your data.
  • Professional advisers such as accountants or lawyers, where reasonably necessary.
  • Authorities where we are required to do so by law, court order or a valid request from a public agency.

Some of our service providers may process data outside Singapore. Where personal data is transferred overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure a standard of protection comparable to that under the PDPA, for example through contractual safeguards.

7. Use of AI tools and your data

Our courses teach the use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot and Claude. During training we encourage learners to use non-confidential, sample or anonymised data in these tools, because content entered into third-party AI services may be processed on external systems. We do not require you to submit personal or confidential data to any AI tool as part of a course, and we ask learners not to enter another person's personal data into AI tools without a proper legal basis. This policy governs data you provide to us; it does not govern the separate terms of any third-party AI provider you choose to use.

8. Protection and retention

We make reasonable security arrangements to protect personal data in our possession or control against unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification or disposal. These include access controls, staff confidentiality obligations and secure disposal practices. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain personal data only for as long as it is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required for legal, accounting or regulatory reasons. When personal data is no longer needed, we will cease to retain it or remove the means by which it can be associated with you, in accordance with the PDPA.

9. Your rights under the PDPA

Subject to the PDPA, you have the right to:

  • Access — request information about the personal data we hold about you and how it has been used or disclosed in the past year;
  • Correction — request that we correct an error or omission in your personal data;
  • Withdraw consent — withdraw your consent to our continued collection, use or disclosure of your personal data, on reasonable notice.

We will respond to verified requests within a reasonable time. Withdrawing consent may mean we are unable to continue providing certain services to you, and we will explain the likely consequences before acting on your request. We may charge a reasonable fee for an access request, as permitted under the PDPA, and will inform you of any fee in advance.

10. Data Protection Officer

We have appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) responsible for overseeing our compliance with the PDPA. To make an access or correction request, withdraw consent, or ask a question about this policy, please contact:
